A new Stillspeaking commercial will be launched on Friday, April 16 by the national Stillspeaking program of the United Church of Christ. “The ad promises to be an exciting new message of welcome and invitation. Called the ‘Language of God’ it will invite people to think more deeply and broadly about the phrase ‘God is still speaking,’” says a campaign spokesperson.
What also makes the new commercial exciting - and different - is how it will be carried / launched / delivered. For the first time, we will be relying on a grassroots, viral campaign to “spiral” our message across the internet - via web-based ads, Facebook, YouTube, MySpace, emails and blogs. While we will be purchasing internet ads to launch the campaign, the heart of the movement will be an all-hands-on-keyboards approach on
April 16.
